Parent Portal Basics

Belmond-Klemme Community School District, in effort to serve all stakeholders better, has transitioned over to a new Food Service system which is associated with our Infinite Campus Student Information System. Now parents/guardians are able to make payments for fees AND food service all in one area - the improved Parent Portal.

Below is a quick tutorial on how to make a payment for fees and or lunch payments on the portal.

Log onto the portal (if you do not have a parent portal go here, print and fill out the form and take it to the building office).

Once you are on the portal, make sure you are in the Family menu and click on payments. See below.

This will take you to your students' payment window.

Simply fill in the payment amount you wish to deposit into your students account. and click save.  Your card/checking account that you set up previously will be charged and your student's balance will show.
